Shipping Details Shopping Day

1. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time across Pakistan is:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 working days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 7 working days

Delivery time may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fee: Rs. 250 (update amount)

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
Please ensure:

  • The delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • You keep the cash ready at the time of delivery.

Refusing delivery without a valid reason may affect future orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier name
  • Tracking link (if available)

You can track your order using the provided details.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery time lies with the courier company.
  • Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments will first be investigated with the courier before compensation or replacement is offered.

7. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If unreachable or unresponsive, the parcel may be returned to us.

8. Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, delays may occur, and additional charges may apply.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Pakistan-wide deliveries only.
